Whatever your mornings look like, there is no judgment, and today's course is designed to fit into your favorite morning routine - regardless of what it looks like. All you will need for this ritual is a few peaceful minutes before you begin your day, and you will be setting yourself up for present and meaningful moments throughout the day. The ritual you will be practicing is called day dreaming journaling where you will be looking ahead at important events in your upcoming day and creating a mindset space for each, better setting yourself up to show up whole and completely present. You will need a journal for today's ritual. This writing exercise will be followed with a self-defining gratitude meditation to start your day centered and ready.

To deepen the practice of forgiveness, our meditation today is Tonglan-based, a practice of giving and receiving compassion for yourself and all others. A journal is needed for today's activity.
