This is a meditation and morning ritual to try before you even get out of bed in the morning. This meditation is quick and simple, but the effects of connecting to the rhythm of your inhales and exhales at the start of your day are profound. This meditation will anchor you in conscious breathing, resulting in a deeper connection to your body, relaxation of your mindset, and you will awake to a mindful, calm, and fresh start to your day.

This meditation is called Awakening Breath.

Let's go in.

Before your eyes even open in the morning,

Listen to the sound of your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Exhale audibly through your mouth.

Turn your breath into a conscious rhythm.
