Metta meditation is an Ancient Buddhist practice used to create and cultivate feelings of love and kindness. In this morning meditation, you will practice Metta first upon yourself for self-love. Then, you will send love and kindness to another person you care deeply about. Followed by sending this energy plus compassion to someone you are not aligning with. And finally to the entire world.
