
Rest And Destress
This is a short yoga nidra-inspired meditation to give you a stress-reducing rest and a moment to find calm during your busy day. You'll practice some restful deep breathing, followed by a journey around some of the major energy points (marma points) in your upper body with golden light visualizations, and finishing with a space to set a positive intention for the rest of your day. These yoga nidra techniques work to release physical and mental tension, so every day and stresses are effortlessly released as you rest into the practice.
