I have CRPS. It’s a very tricky form of nociplastic pain. This 5 min talk was like meeting with my PNE PT! So well presented and approachable. Will be looking into more tracks by this teacher and will be sharing this with the pain management program I am in. Thank you for addressing this. Truly appreciate your intellect

Oh, my comment disappeared after I almost finished typing 😔 this was a very useful meditation. I am currently healing ankle injuries and it was interesting to observe all the changes happening. As it's been awhile, the pain shouldn't really be there, so this was a great exploration of what is happening.

Very interesting. It's more hopeful than thinking some processes in the body got broken and the pain persists, when the source of it has healed.

Your talk came to me at a low point in dealing with years of chronic pain. Thank you for the great info and for reminding me that I am not alone and help is available. I don't feel quite so lost now. ❤🙏

Interesting. My treating physical therapist in our last session described this very component as a possible factor. I appreciate your detailed summary of neuroplastic pain, including research support.
