In this course, you will create an individualized habit, a goal, or a mindset shift that is truly aligned with your highest self, and for your greatest good. In the first lesson, we will create an 'I statement" utilizing our subconscious and our bodies as a compass. In the second lesson, we will work with breath of fire to activate our Solar Plexus energy. This Chakra, or energetic center, contains a reserve of will, strength, and power. The more we tap into it, the more ease we will find in achieving our goals. In the last lesson, we combine these lessons together to create a powerful platform for true alchemy.
