This in the best getting to sleep meditation! It's absolutely perfect. Neil has crafted a perfect journey into unconsciousness. The preamble at the beginning is essential and helps tune in a busy mind. Then it's just Neil's calming, soothing voice guiding you towards relaxation and you move slowly down into the subconscious. Works like a charm to get me back to sleep everytime. Thankyou 🙏

Love doing coherent breathing with the bells. Will return to this breathwork practice often. Thank you.

Perfect as always thanks Neil. I really appreciate the gentle approach to the breath, rather that the overworking of it so common in meditations. 🙏🙏

Felt a noticeable positive shift after this. Will be repeating it several times daily so that my parasympathetic becomes my dominant state ( healing from stress and anxiety.) I’ve done breathwork before amt not stuck at it, but the simplicity and brevity of this will make it easy to fit into my day. Thank you :D

I have dysautonomia and I learned about resonance breathing on a YouTube lecture by experts in Long Covid and dysautonomias. This meditation is exactly the pacing they recommend, for 10mins twice a day. I'm aiming for 40mins a day. Within 24 hours of starting to use this meditation my HRV rose 5 points above my norm. Thank you so much for creating a meditation that is not overly stimulating for my dysautonomia, and is also making me feel less unwell in addition to the above. So excited to see where this takes me.

Lovely intro or refresher to mindful self compassion, with some different things to try to see how they work for you. Thank you Neil.

Thank you I found this pause very helpful, and accepting how I am at that moment without having to change anything, allowed me to actually stop thinking and I successfully paused. It was lovely. Your voice is clear and calming. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
