Cosa imparerai
New to yoga or feeling a bit overwhelmed? This gentle, beginner-friendly course teaches Sun Salutations in a slow, simple, step-by-step way. Across three short sessions, you’ll learn the sequence gradually starting with the basics, then gently building with movements like baby cobra to open the chest and shoulders, before bringing everything together into a calm, flowing practice. Along the way, you’ll connect breath with movement, using longer exhales to help relax the body and ease tension. This is yoga without pressure. With supportive guidance, beginner-friendly options, and a focus on moving at your own pace, you’ll build confidence while creating space in the body and calm in the mind. No experience needed, just come as you are. Please listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe for you. If you have any injuries or health concerns, consider checking with a healthcare professional before starting.

Lezione 1
Building the Flow: Opening the Body Gently
In this session, we gently build on what you’ve already learned by introducing baby cobra and downward dog. These movements help to strengthen the body while also opening the chest and shoulders, especially helpful if you spend a lot of time sitting or with the shoulders rounded forward. We’ll move slowly and simply, with options to rest or modify at any time. This is your space to begin creating a little more openness in the body, while still feeling supported and at ease.
Lezione 2
Breath & Flow: Creating Calm and Connection
In this final session, we bring everything together into a slow, gentle flow, connecting breath with movement. You’ll be guided to lengthen your breath, especially the exhale to help the body relax and soften. We also explore the idea that yoga is for everyone. This isn’t about flexibility or getting it perfect, it’s about creating space in the body, lengthening the muscles, and finding a sense of harmony between mind and body. Move in a way that feels right for you, taking pauses whenever you need. This is your practice, your pace.
