Introduction - Meaningful Meditation
This lesson is a talk laying the foundation of how meditation can be meaningful in your life. I outline what to expect in the course & talk about how open awareness can be helpful for you in your normal daily life.

Grounding & Allowing
A simple, calming meditation that guides on how to relax your awareness into your body and feel grounded. This is an essential first step on your meditation journey - a solid platform to allow everything else to flourish with confidence.
Lezione 3
Whole Body Awareness
This lesson takes you through a body sweep to connect to different parts of your body and then guides you into the experience of opening your awareness into your body as a whole. This starts to encourage the mind-body connection, leading you towards your inner vitality
Lezione 4
Opening To Your Life Vitality
In this lesson I guide you in the exciting step of connecting to your inner life vitality and gradually becoming aware of your energy body. This is a powerful resource to be able to develop a healthy relationship to your feelings & emotions.

Freeing Energy Of Feelings & Emotions
I guide you to become aware of the movement of the energy within attached to feelings and emotions. It gives you the tools to become aware of what is happening within you, in your life, so that you can free stuck energy and start to make space for your innate joy to shine through.

How Is This Useful To You In Your Daily Life
Becoming grounded and embodied and opening to a sense of your energy body can be incredibly inspiring. But what is important is how this benefits you in your life. This lesson talks about how having a healthy relationship with your feeling and emotional life can help you on our journey of self discovery and self healing.

As someone who suffers from chronic pain and being an only parent it’s so hard to quiet my mind. I’m so happy I found this course and I feel resonant with the teachings as there’s a level of understanding the pain body. This has taken my practice to a whole new level and despite all I’ve learned already I have found a deeper peace within myself thanks to this practice.

This was a beautiful, well-paced course that really helped me to step inside myself in moments of challenge and create space around my feelings and emotions- particularly when I experience anxiety.
