Through Olivia’s extensive meditation experience she deeply understands the profound journey of inner exploration & the potential struggles & inspiring realisations that may arise. Following life-altering injuries, Olivia lives in constant physical pain. But she has found a way that genuinely allows her to feel at peace within herself even though in pain. This course has shifted how I respond to my pain in a tangible way. I felt relief and a release and was surprised. The process is very similar to how I was calming my body and bringing myself to my awareness during meditation. One key for me is allowing the energy of my pain to be itself and to move on it's own, apart from me. Thank you for your help, it has made a real difference for me.

This course has helped me with creating a new and more patient relationship with my chronic pain. I’ve taken a step forward with this course in managing my pain and that’s so encouraging because it’s been a long time since I’ve felt any forward momentum with my daily struggles. It’s a short and easy course to follow… yet it’s packed with some really powerful insights and teachings and Olivia has a beautiful, gentle, wise, honest and no-nonsense way of guiding you through it all. The meditations were simple yet somehow magical for me and they have brought my meditation practice to the next level. The meditations made me feel so grounded, calm and safe. Being able to finally create some real space around my pain during the meditation was the magical part… I really can’t find the words to describe it. Just magical… like how did that just happen?!? I turned to Insight Timer months ago in a desperate effort to find relief from chronic pain related to bulging/degenerative discs in my lower back. After several unhelpful courses and tracks I discovered Olivia’s earlier version of this course. It resonated so deeply that I completed the course three times in a row before I could even post a comment. This version is even better. If you’re looking for what could be the start of a journey toward changing your relationship with pain, I highly recommend this course as well as Olivia’s course on self-healing. My pain hasn’t really changed but how I’m learning to respond to it has. I feel like I’m slowly transforming my relationship with pain while deepening my meditation practice in ways that have had other benefits. Olivia is an inspiring and compassionate teacher, I hope you can benefit as much as I have.

This course is excellent and very helpful. I have suffered from chronic pain in the form of various autoimmune issues for the past 30 years. It has gotten progressively worse but a couple years ago, I finally figured out that the underlying cause is oxalate sensitivity, likely due to a genetic biochemical imbalance. I have been slowly healing from this pain, but it does not happen overnight and also external traumatic events have seemed to exacerbate the pain and also suffering. After doing many of your meditations and courses, I have realized that I am extremely constricted and that I have been holding on to probably 40 years of emotional and physical pain and suffering. I am really starting to feel all the energy moving and the weight starting to lift. Thank you again so much for all. I have immense respect, admiration and appreciation for you. ❤️❤️
