A thought provoking and helpful course. Olivia is genuine and sharing teacher. There’s an honesty and simplicity to her approach. Love the way you use visual analogies to underline important concepts - e.g. balloons for thoughts, atoms for spaciousness. Makes it real and relatable. I found this very interesting. I was a bit worried about hearing day 3 regarding the quantum physics as this is a very difficult topic for me to understand but it was explained in simple terms, which helped me to understand it. I never thought about quantum physics being linked to meditation so I enjoyed learning about this. I think it would have been nice to close day 3 off with a meditation to help put into practice the spaciousness of mind and body a bit more but I know I can always go back to day 2 for it. Thank you Olivia 💕

I loved this short but powerful course. I especially loved lesson 3 on quantum physics and how it relates to meditation. I’ve been thinking so much about energy, awareness and spaciousness in general in my life thanks to doing your courses and meditations.
