The heaviness you feel isn’t all in your head; it’s in your nervous system. This lesson introduces the concept of nervous system hijacking and how overstimulation affects our bodies. You’ll begin a new relationship with regulation, rooted in rest and self-trust.

Your energy is sacred and finite. Today’s session invites you to notice where your energy is leaking and gives you a practice for calling it back. You’ll begin to prioritize your own peace without guilt.

Joy Is A Disruption
Joy isn’t naive; it’s a nervous system intervention. In a culture that thrives on urgency and fear, joy becomes a radical act of resilience. This lesson helps you reconnect to your delight as a source of strength.
Lezione 6
You Are Still Safe In This Moment
We often search for safety by controlling our outer world. Today, you’ll learn to create moments of internal safety, not as denial, but as nervous system care. Safety isn’t a destination; it’s a felt sense you can access breath by breath.
Lezione 7
Come Home To Yourself
You’ve made it through — not because the world got quieter, but because you’ve changed your relationship to it. In this closing session, you’ll reflect, integrate, and reclaim your ability to return to yourself. Calm isn’t something you chase; it’s something you build within.
