Kari Doherty is a yoga teacher, recovery mentor, and wellness educator with over a decade of experience guiding people back to their bodies, breath, and inner steadiness. Known for creating safe, grounded spaces for nervous system regulation and emotional healing, Kari brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to everything she teaches. Her work integrates years of yoga study, meditation, and recovery support with deep training in Ayurvedic principles and nervous system resilience.
