Self-Compassion Prayer For New Beginnings
When the end of the year approaches, we tend to start to think about positive changes we want in our lives. We want a new beginning or a better life. This is a little prayer that reminds us that every day, every second we can find our center and commit to start living the life we dream. Song: Invisible Beauty by Aakash Gandhi

As time passes and a new time comes,
I vow to believe in myself,
In my ideas,
My capacity to start something new.
I vow to stay connected to the reality of my being,
Featuring my qualities while supporting my growth.
As the night finishes and the new day arrives,
I vow to give myself patience,
Love,
Kindness and compassion.
Leaving aside negativity and hopelessness coming from myself or others,
I vow to do what really matters and what brings me closer to my happiness,
Freedom and the life I dream.
As this hour ends and the next one starts,
I vow to remain present and grounded,
Keeping in mind and acting on the fact that every moment is a gift.
I vow to live in harmony with myself and nature,
Wanting seeds of love,
Placing my every step,
My every breath,
My every looks.
I accept myself without conditions because only then I can succeed and grow.
As this second ends,
I vow to be good to myself and there to dream and try my best to achieve my goals.
And when it's every moment of glory,
Every achievement,
I vow to stay connected to my roots,
To my true essence and from there share my happiness and good fortune with those around me,
With those I love.
As a new second starts I start a new.
