took the time to slow down and savor each moment that comes with eating and felt really connected to myself and the food I had just prepared for myself with love! Ramen with frozen veggie mix and pan fried tofu! Added soy sauce and salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, everything but the bagel seasoning and a little bit of chilli powder for some spice. The textures of the noodles and the carrot cubes and tofu chunks mixing in my mouth. Feeling gratitude for all the different ways the food had to travel and grow to get to me here in this moment and for my own enjoyment in preparing the meal. Mayve intrigued sitting on the bench with me, a chai also sitting on the table in my heart shaped mug. Both mug and bowl made by faith (funky fungi) and my water bottle from Mrs janicke filled with refreshing cool filtered water. This moment is precious and I bring so much meaning to it just by the things I put my focus on! Wow!

Good meditation to connect with suppressed feelings and ignored sensations. Personally, when I discover that an area in my body feels tight, I try to soothe it by touching it gently, so as to give myself love and compassion.
