Stop,

Breathe with your teddy bear.
Stop what you are doing.
Find yourself a comfortable position lying on your back with your arms and legs uncrossed and place a small teddy bear on your belly.
Close your eyes if you like.
Be still and listen.
Pay attention to your breathing and notice how you feel inside.
Pay attention to your breathing.
Breathe in slowly through your nose and whilst you do this,
Let the air fill your belly and raise the teddy bear and out through your mouth.
Now breathe in and out and give the teddy bear a little ride up and down.
Imagine the air slowly filling your lungs and belly and then flowing out again.
If you notice that you're thinking about other things,
That's okay.
Just bring your attention back to the breath again.
Notice your belly moving as you take slow belly breaths.
Ask yourself,
What am I feeling inside?
Ask yourself,
What am I feeling right now?
Continue to feel your breath and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
