This Mindfulness Meditation is a beautiful relaxing and calming meditation for young kids.They learn how do to belly breathing with a Teddy Bear. Belly Breathing is very powerful. It helps relax the circulatory system, the nervous system, the lymphatic system and the digestive system.

Transcript

Stop,

Listen,

Breathe with your teddy bear.

Stop what you are doing.

Find yourself a comfortable position lying on your back with your arms and legs uncrossed and place a small teddy bear on your belly.

Close your eyes if you like.

Be still and listen.

Pay attention to your breathing and notice how you feel inside.

Pay attention to your breathing.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and whilst you do this,

Let the air fill your belly and raise the teddy bear and out through your mouth.

Now breathe in and out and give the teddy bear a little ride up and down.

Imagine the air slowly filling your lungs and belly and then flowing out again.

If you notice that you're thinking about other things,

That's okay.

Just bring your attention back to the breath again.

Notice your belly moving as you take slow belly breaths.

Ask yourself,

What am I feeling inside?

Ask yourself,

What am I feeling right now?

Continue to feel your breath and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

It was great. I had no teddy bear so I didn’t hesitate to use my teddy pig🤣. It is so relaxing and it’s what I listen to right before I go to sleep. Her voice is soothing like a lullaby. Keep up the good work

I had to imagine the teddy bear. None to hand. 💗👍🏻⭐️ Excellent soothing voice, soothed my bare innards. Give a bear a belly ride ... 👍🏻🕊🌞
