She’s passionate about empowering others with their own capacity for inner transformation. She has been a dedicated Tibetan Buddhist practitioner for 24 years & has found solace & profound joy through her meditation journey. In 2015 a life-altering incident left Olivia in a 3-week coma with a broken, twisted & paralysed body, filled with enduring neurological & physical pain. Feeling stuck, Olivia embarked on a journey of both physical & inner rehabilitation. Through her meditation she was able to transform her suffering and cultivate joy & love from within. Her meditation practice became a true resource, empowering her to navigate life with a sense a peace & calm, even if constantly amongst the chaos of pain. Motivated by her transformative experience, Olivia is passionate about sharing her journey & guiding others to help them find their own authentic happiness, in any life circumstance. In addition to teaching meditation & spiritual coaching, she integrates the transformative power of Sound Healing & is training as a Transpersonal Psychology Coach
