Instead of getting lost in this world, we are gently invited to explore the inner landscape within ourselves. In this lesson, we venture into the uncharted territories inside by closing our eyes!
As we close your eyes, the visual cacophony of the external world starts to fade, offering our overstimulated eyes a much-needed respite. What follows is a mesmerizing journey through the symphony of our bodily sensations. We are guided to become aware of the subtle sensations that course through our body, from the tingly and small to the undeniably alive. Without changing anything; we can be fully present in the moment.
We scan our body from our toes to our head, helping us feel every pulse of life that courses through our body. With gentle nudges, we release tension and surrender to the ground, connecting with the rhythm of our breath and heartbeat.

Reconnecting With The Body
The last step after breath and inner darkness is the tool of sensations that we experience as our bodies with eyes closed. This is a powerful technique to relax and let go of everything.
We often find our minds are racing, jumping from one thought to another, pulling us away from the present moment. It's as if our bodies are merely passengers, dragged around by the relentless speed of our thoughts. In the process, we lose touch with our own bodies and fail to reconnect with ourselves.
