The tapping points include: Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under the Eye, Under the Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under the Arm, Top of the Head, Wrist.

In this EFT tapping session, learn how to slow racing thoughts and gently settle your mind. With simple tapping and mindful breathing, create space for ease, clarity, and inner stillness. You can use this practice any time your mind is busy and at bedtime to settle into sleep.
In this lesson, you'll be introduced to a new tapping point: the side of the hand. You'll also be guided to repeat phrases out loud, helping to deepen your focus and reinforce the intention of this tapping session.

In this calming session, combine gentle EFT tapping with grounding awareness practices to help release stress and return to a natural state of ease and calm. By tuning into your senses and connecting with your body, you’ll create a reset for both mind and body. Tap along and breathe gently, allowing yourself to settle fully into the present moment.
