We all want to feel in charge of our own behaviour, yet sometimes habits seem to take on a life of their own. By the end of this course, you will understand how you programme a habit and have the basic transformative tools and attitudes that will enable you to reprogramme for a better outcome and wider choice.

Your Inner Programmes
What is a habit? In this lesson, you will learn what a habit is in behavioural terms and be invited to see habits as a programme that you run. The great thing about running programmes is that ultimately, when the conditions are right, you have the controls to switch or deactivate them.
Leçon 2
Repatterning Practice
In this session, listen to Jan guide you through a repatterning practice which can help you to start reprogramming yourself straight away. This is a meditative session and should not be listened to whilst driving.

Your Intentions
In this session, you will learn about the intentions behind a habit at the time that we first develop it. We will explore a set of principles which, when adopted, can already begin to give you more agency in your habits and patterns, and discover some important nuances in intention setting which can be the difference that sets you up to succeed in your habit reprogramming.
Leçon 4
Intention Setting Practice
In this session, you experience a gentle meditation on the intention that you want to set. The intention is amplified as you relate it to your higher values. This is a double induction guided practice, which means that you will hear both of our voices together. We recommend using headphones.
Leçon 5
Loosening The Knot Practice
In this session, you will enjoy a meditation which allows your unconscious mind to appreciate the positive intention of a habit and to begin to envision other options as to how to meet that positive intention.
Leçon 6
Interrupting Old Patterns
A habit is a strategy made up of tiny steps that form a pattern. When we start to interrupt the pattern, we can offer an alternative ending. In this lesson, you will learn how you can interrupt your own patterns and/ or create better ones.
Leçon 7
Pattern Interrupt Practice
Your listening for today is a practice to help you apply the knowledge gained in the previous session at an unconscious level, to interrupt a pattern and create something more aligned for you.
Leçon 8
Many Levels To Programme
In this lesson, we discover what is occurring at all the different levels, how they interact, and begin to imagine the changes that can help your reprogramming stick.
Leçon 9
Many-Level Reprogramming Practice
Today’s session is a satisfying meditative practice to embed the changes that you would like on all the levels. Allow yourself to be comfortable, and let's begin.
Leçon 10
Habit Consolidation
In this lesson, you will review all that you have learned in the last few sessions and begin to create a plan for your own personal habit changing programme moving forward.

Thank you for this beautiful start. I feel I can do this now. And I plan to redo the course to reinforce my future change. I especially loved the guided meditation that prompted me to visualise a better future with my change in habit. The visualisation prompts were the most powerful moments.
