The purpose of this course is to help the student understand affirmations in a way that will allow them to reap the maximum benefit from applying these techniques to their own life. Knowledge is power, and the more you know something, the more that your body mind complex will benefit from that knowledge via the power of the placebo effect. You will learn: -How to use affirmations to shift your experience of life away from painful unwanted patters, towards alignment with how you'd prefer to be experiencing life. -How to identify wether an affirmation is truly working for you (weather your body/emotion system believes in it), or if you need to use bridge words to make the affirmation more accessible and real for yourself, so it can move you towards your intention. -How the subconscious mind works in relation to affirmation use and belief systems -A bit about why you see and experience the world from the paradigm you're in right now. "we see the world not as it is, but rather as we are" -How to use sleep affirmations to their fullest potential -How to set up your living environment to continue to feed you the programming and beliefs that align with the life you're wanting to create for yourself (Household affirmations) -How to create affirmations to keep in your mind that flow with the seasons of your life and healing journey. By creating an ongoing intentional relationship with your inner dialogue and implanting suggestions that move you towards where you want to be.
