Lisa is a yoga and meditation teacher with a deep orientation in Yoga Psychology. Her work is rooted in the belief that the practises of yoga are profound tool for self-awareness, emotional healing, and a fulfilled life. Her approach blends movement, breath, and inner awareness to support emotional well-being, spiritual connection, and nervous system regulation. Whether through stillness or gentle flow, Lisa’s offerings are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your ‘Self’. Lisa sees movement as a celebration of life and a way to reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body. She believes that through conscious movement, we remember our aliveness and honor the body’s innate capacity to grow, heal, and flourish at every stage of its journey. She believes meditation is a return to presence—a way of coming home to yourself. Her guided practices often include somatic awareness, visualization, and themes drawn from yoga philosophy/psychology and Yoga Nidra gently encouraging reflection, healing, and self-compassion.
