Brenna Ricci

Brenna has focused her career on helping others through teaching yoga classes, providing health education, and client-centered nutrition counseling. Currently, Brenna works full time in the non profit world as the Director of Community Wellness. While deep in her heart she wants to assist women and children with hunger and malnutrition issues. Brenna specializes in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 years. She sees community yoga and wellness classes as opportunities to unite people together, promote health, and prevent disease. Brenna believes in what she teaches and invites you to join her on your journey. She is a seasoned presenter who is comfortable leading groups in yoga, meditation, stress reduction, health, and nutrition classes.

Very nice, accessible and although I had trouble focusing (I’m having a bad migraine), I loved how it dived straight into feeling my toe and made me rediscover that there’s more of me than where my facial pain and migraines live - so that really opened things up for me. I did fall asleep at some point, but in this case, I think that’s a good thing. My migraine is still here but a little less severe, having had the chance to explore and release some tension, which turned into a short nap. Thank you for sharing this meditation and for keeping it lighthearted! It was just what I needed!
