Welcome.

Begin to feel into your surroundings.

Whether you're lying down or seated,

I invite you to reach your arms out wide and lengthen them up overhead and then lowering them back down.

When you're ready,

I invite you to close your eyes and start to focus down towards the sacrum,

The lower part of the body,

Experiencing the space right below the navel.

As you start to notice this area of your body,

We're going to take some wider,

Deeper belly breaths.

So rebalancing our emotions and letting things move more fluidly.

Begin to slowly exhale out your air,

Watching this orange color.

As you take an inhale in,

Notice your belly starting to expand,

Pushing outward and then exhaling,

Slowly lowering inhale and exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Widening on the inhale,

Push the belly out and then exhale,

Softening and releasing.

Continuing with your natural breath,

Notice the space below the navel.

If you'd like to,

You may even place one hand or both hands right here,

Beginning to allow for these water qualities to start to come in,

Giving you more creative energy,

Filling you up,

Letting your emotions and your intuition guide you,

Allowing for the creative energy to also be adaptable.

And this color orange,

May it provide you pleasure and passion in your reproductive health.

Imagine big wake up call here for this place below the navel.

Together,

We're going to take a few simple belly breaths again,

Letting go and releasing deeply.

Slowly start to take an inhale in and expand the belly,

Push the belly out,

Fill up your hands and then exhale,

Lowering down,

Letting go.

And again,

Inhaling,

Big expansive breath and slowly exhaling,

Releasing.

Inhale and exhale.

Again,

Listening to your own natural breathing,

Come back in to now this more regulated emotional balance that you feel within your body.

When you're ready,

You may blink open your eyes.
