Welcome,

We're going to take the next five minutes together,

Reconnecting with any emotions and feelings going on in the body.

Wherever you're at,

Begin to find a comfortable seat or begin by lying down.

I'm going to invite you to close your eyes,

If possible.

When you're ready,

Begin to notice where you've placed your feet.

And then noticing your lower legs,

Your upper legs,

Your hips,

Your waist,

Your front body,

Your back body,

Your shoulders,

The arms,

The neck,

The head,

And allowing yourself to start to find your breath.

If you haven't done so already,

Begin to take an inhale in and then slowly begin to allow the breath to leave the body,

Taking away something along the way.

Take another inhale in and then open the mouth this time and release out the exhale,

Slowly letting go.

One more time,

Take an inhale in and open the mouth,

Even making noise audibly,

Completely letting the natural breath surrender.

In and out,

You will keep breathing here.

Just making this awareness with the breath,

Allowing the peaceful noises of the stream to bring relaxation into the body and accepting the thoughts that may be coming up for you.

If you notice certain things,

Let them float down away from you,

Moving down the stream.

Staying focused here,

Taking this opportunity to heal,

A little mini break for yourself.

I'm going to do a few more breathing breaths together,

Real slow.

Wherever you're at,

Begin to notice your breath.

Take an exhale,

Allow the inhale to come in and then exhaling,

Letting go of everything there.

Take another inhale in for yourself.

Now opening the mouth and exhaling it out.

Taking another inhale,

Big deep breath in and then slowly release that breath out into your day,

To your evening.

Begin to find your breath again,

Staying focused in this day.

Thank you for joining us.

Have a wonderful day.
