Welcome!

This is a guided affirmation and I'm going to invite you to repeat out loud or repeat to yourself.

So find a quiet place and begin to just notice.

There you go.

Just notice.

Notice how you feel in this present moment.

Maybe notice how the breath moves in and out of the body effortlessly.

Notice your energy level.

And then we'll take a few breaths together.

So wherever you're at,

Go ahead and exhale out all the air.

Take an inhale in.

And then exhale out.

Inhale in.

And exhale out.

Another inhale in.

Exhale out.

This next breath,

Take an inhale in.

And on the exhale out,

Imagine getting rid of something,

Something that's stuck and no longer serves you.

Take another inhale in.

Big cleansing breath.

And on the exhale,

Really imagine that stuckness leaving and ridding you.

It's no longer there.

Sitting here and finding your natural breathing in and out.

Deciding to repeat out loud or towards yourself.

I embrace and open to new opportunities with confidence.

Letting that settle.

You can visualize or imagine a beautiful pair of red cardinals flying through the snowy sky and landing on a bird feeder.

And then exhale out.

Open to new opportunities with confidence.

Bring your hands together.

Taking another breath or two for yourself.

And when you're ready,

If you had your eyes closed,

Allow for your eyes to slowly blink open.
