Lección 1
Breaking The Spell Of Overthinking
Here we set the scene. By way of a delightful story we explore the journey from being an infant and living in wonder and joy, to living more and more in mind with all the judging, critical and scary thoughts. Once we identify and live in mind we go in search of that very same wonder and joy.
There will be a teaching and a short guided meditation.
Lección 2
The Search And The Strawberry Of Life
We are all searching. From a young age we are convinced that what is happening is not what is supposed to be happening. We are convinced that we are not good enough and that life as it is, is also not good enough. This search though necessary for a while never brings the peace or happiness we seek. This is because we are searching in the wrong place. Come along and start searching in the correct place where it can be found.

Lección 3
This Is A Game Changer
One of the most blessed events in our life is to finally be free of the tyranny of thought, or rather over thinking. To see thoughts as thoughts and not truths is simple, utterly profound and life changing - it's a great relief. We can then use thought which is a magnificent instrument for its intended purpose.

Getting Off The Ghost Train
Most of us spend far too much time living in the mental realm. When we live here (in mind) we are forever going on emotional rides which create psychological suffering, such as anxiety, worry etc. During this session we explore not only how to get off these rides, but how to stop accepting these thought created fantasies and to relax into presence.

The Purpose Of Your Life
Many of us wonder about our true purpose here in this world. If we don't have purpose we can feel lost which can just add to a feeling worthlessness. During this session we explore two levels of your purpose in life, the relative and the ultimate, and how to discover them.

Lección 6
The River Of Life
Where does a thought come from? What happens when we die? Am I really separate from life? These are questions I get asked on retreats. The metaphor in this session from the Zen tradition gives some clarity and guidance on these very issues.

Prioritising Presence
Many of us rush through the day, often lost in a haze of activity and unaware of the world around us. We prioritise mind/thoughts and all the anxieties and worries which come with that. Instead we can begin to prioritise presence during our days and enjoy the wonder which that brings. Come and learn how to prioritise presence in your life and not worry and anxiety.
We begin this session with a meditation and then a short talk.
Lección 8
Effortless Presence
Your very being, the very aliveness you feel right now is effortless. It is the opening and recognising this very essence of yourself which brings peace, vitality and a life free from anxiety and worry. We overlook this because we fixate on the world of thought and all its dramas. Come long and see how to recognise your true nature.

Lección 9
Turning Your Reactions Into Blessings
Our own reactivity can ruin our relationships. In this session we explore how to work with our own reactivity and to realise they are windows and opportunities for healing.

Relaxing Into Presence - Discovering Wholeness
"What is doing the looking, is what you are looking for." Words from St Francis of Assisi. However, we don't realise this simple but life changing experience. Come along and discover your true nature and give up the endless search for peace, satisfaction and meaning. Otherwise known as your true self.
