You will explore what it is that keeps you from seeing the pure beauty of life. After this exploration Ruben will invite you to drop all pre-conceived ideas, feeling, emotions, and thoughts... all for the purpose of the practice during this warm-up session.

During this guided meditation you will get more familiar with the words Non-Personal-Awareness.
An in-depth exploration that will create clarity in daily life.
Lección 5
Warmup session #3: The Tipping Point
In this 3rd warmup session, Ruben will explain the beauty of simultaneity in which you, as a human being, recognize both the ongoing ever-changing experiences and the unchanging always stable Non-Personal-Awareness.
This amazing shift is due to listening and practicing very effortlessly. Like learning how to drive a bike… once this tipping point is ‘occurring’, life will never be perceived the same. More and more a deep trust in the ever-perfect nature of all experiences will be deeply felt.
You will be asked to write down in which moments in your life you can already experience a simultaneity and asked to investigate how you can amp up clarity in certain less clear moments in your life.

Guided meditation #3: The Tipping Point
In this 3rd guided meditation, pointers will be given towards a possible shift in the life of a human being as well as the point in the life of a human being where the emphasis shifts from emphasis on being identified as a person, that is feeling stuck in a body, to a broader and spacious loving Non-Personal-Awareness. The words ‘The Tipping Point’ will pop up throughout the day and show the ever-so-available unchangingness within all phenomena.

Warmup session #4: Trusting Non-Personal-Awareness
Here Ruben will ask you to explore why you trust what you trust. This practice will gain more clarity in your daily experiences. Why things flow and other things get stuck.
You will be asked to write down a list of things that flow easily and things that seem to get stuck frequently.
Lección 8
Guided meditation #4: Trusting Non-Personal-Awareness
In this 4th guided meditation, you will more deeply explore what the words Non-Personal Awareness refer to, and what it is TRULY pointing towards. You’ll be asked to deeply contemplate these words for a while.
After a while, you’ll be guided even beyond ‘the thinking Mind’ to gain a deeper trust in that which is unchanging… which is You.
Lección 9
Warmup session #5: Repetition is key!
In this warmup session, Ruben will have you investigate different areas in your life where you witness yourself being distracted. Once these areas become clearer, clarity will arise and on a deeper level the meaning of life will shine forth. One could say… from now on it will be ever so clear that practice IS your purpose in life.
To create less resistance towards practice this talk emphasizes the importance of kindness and compassion. Softening the perception of life will help smoothen all daily experiences.
You will be asked to write down a list of ways for you to implement an effortless practice.
Lección 10
Guided meditation #5: Repetition is key!
During this guided meditation the importance of effortless repetition is explained. Meanwhile, Ruben will explore the spaciousness of all phenomena. After listening it will be easier to recognize that you are always connected as Love. That you Are Love.
By returning to Ruben’s guided meditations for a good amount of time in your life, freedom will be attained. Not by anyone… but one could say… as The One… by The One. By repeating the practice, the feeling of being stuck as a person in this body will subside and the natural flow of life will be palpable. More and more so. By touching upon ‘the longing to flow naturally through life’ repetition will automatically and effortlessly become a priority in life. On day 6 Ruben will continue exploring the longing for freedom.
Lección 11
Warmup session #6: How much longing is there?
Before going into the sixth guided meditation Ruben will check in with you to explore the depths of your longing. How do we react to moments where distraction is clearly experienceable? And how can we soften moments in which life seems undoable, harsh, or depressing?
This time Ruben will invite you to be very honest and write down what it is that might keep you from surrendering to Truth.
In this session way, you’ll receive more clarity on topics like motivation and empowerment. You might find out that true empowerment lies hidden in an obvious place.

Guided meditation #6: How much longing is there?
You will get to experience how much you are really longing for change in this lifetime.
Lección 13
BONUS Warmup session #7: Unconditional Love
Why bonus? Just to show the beauty of unconditionally giving!
In this ‘bonus talk, Ruben will invite you to investigate what it is in life that you are (still) clinging to and how it would be of benefit to share your gifts and talents more freely… from a state of freedom.
Exploring this will bring any hidden agenda to service and recall the ever-so-unconscious and clever ways to fool oneself.
Aiming for the highest… in this session, it will become obviously clear that it IS possible to drop all strategies to find true fulfillment within certain conditions. What is left is a natural open field of pure and unconditional Love.
After this talk and guided meditation, you’ll experience that there is no longer the need 'to be clever' and manipulate life.
You’ll set up a list of strategies that are obviously present in your life and on your own time you are being asked to find ways to transform these into clarity.
Lección 14
Guided meditation #7: Unconditional Love
As is shown during the 5th session… repetition is key. In this 7th guided meditation, the emphasis will lie on the question… Can life itself be enough? You’ll repeatedly contemplate this question to the point where this becomes obviously clear. Any left-over tension, doubt, or false concept will transform into deep trust and true freedom.
The answer to the question… ‘Can life itself be enough?’ will seep through all your daily experiences from then on. Such a great relief… being able to see the wonder of life moment to moment… and being reminded to no longer manipulate that which is already perfect… Life… You!
