By understanding your body’s natural protective responses, you can begin to relate to yourself with more love and compassion instead of judgment. After the educational talk, you’ll be guided through a gentle breathing practice to release tension and soothe the body, allowing you to experience regulation in a simple and accessible way. This session sets the groundwork for the days ahead — helping you move from confusion to clarity, and from self-criticism to understanding.

Safety Starts In The Body
Safety is the foundation of nervous system regulation. When the body does not feel safe, it remains in protection mode — making it difficult to fully relax or let go of survival patterns. In this session, we gently explore what safety means from a nervous system perspective and how it is experienced within the body — not just understood in the mind. You will then be guided through grounding breathing practice and a slow, supportive body scan to help you reconnect with inner awareness and begin cultivating a greater sense of steadiness from within. Rather than forcing calm, this practice invites you to gradually build the conditions that allow regulation and healing to unfold naturally. A gentle return to the body, which might also be a gentle return to yourself.

The Science Of Breath: Your Powerful Healing Tool
Your breath is one of the most direct ways to influence your nervous system. In this session, we explore the science behind breathing — how it affects your body, your stress response, and your overall state of regulation. By bringing awareness to your natural breathing patterns, you begin to understand how breath shapes your emotional and physical experience. You will then be guided through a simple and effective breathing practice focused on extending the exhale — supporting the shift into a more regulated, restorative state. This session combines understanding with direct experience, helping you recognize breath as a powerful and accessible tool for calming the body and releasing tension. Lección 4
Release Tension, Frustration And Overwhelm: Creating Space
Stress is not only something we think about — it is something we carry in the body. In this session, we explore how the nervous system reacts to stress and how tension can accumulate physically when emotions are not processed or released. Understanding this helps you recognize why overwhelm can feel so heavy and persistent. You will then be guided through a longer somatic practice that includes gentle movement, shaking, and embodied release — allowing your body to discharge stored tension in a safe and supportive way. As space opens within the body, you’ll be invited to reconnect with a sense of steadiness and inner peace. This practice is active, grounding, and deeply regulating.
Lección 5
Allowing What Is: Presence & Acceptance
So often, the more we resist discomfort, the more tension we create. In this session, we explore how avoidance, suppression, or constant striving can keep the nervous system activated. You’ll learn why meeting the present moment with awareness — rather than resistance — is a powerful step toward regulation. Through guided somatic awareness, gentle orienting practice, and embodied presence, you will reconnect with your body and your environment in a grounded and steady way. This meditation invites you to soften the need to “fix” the moment and instead practice being with what is — safely and gradually. Presence creates space.
Lección 6
Building Self-Trust & Softening The Guard
Your nervous system is designed to protect you. It scans for danger, prepares you to respond, and keeps you safe. But when that protective guard stays activated for too long, it can create chronic tension and disconnection. In this session, we gently explore how protection works — and how to begin softening that guard when it is no longer needed. Through guided breathwork and meditation, you will support your system in moving toward openness, inner safety, and a deeper sense of connection. This is not about forcing vulnerability — but about gradually building trust within yourself. As your body learns that it does not always need to stay on alert, space opens for calm, steadiness, and more love to emerge naturally.

Integration: Embodying Peace In Your Life
Over the past seven days, you have learned how your nervous system works, how stress patterns form, and how to support your body through breath, awareness, and somatic practices. In this final session, we reflect on what integration truly means and how small, but consistent shifts can create a big change in your life. You will be guided through an open awareness meditation, connecting with a deeper sense of peace that is already present beneath the noise of the mind. This practice invites you to carry what you’ve learned into daily life — noticing subtle changes, knowing your capacity, and continuing the journey of regulation with patience and care. Peace is not something you have to find...It's already within you.
