Hello dear,
In this meditation I invite you to go on a little journey with me to forgive,
To heal,
To find your inner strength again.
We will be connecting to your inner child and healing any wounds that you might still be holding within your heart and that might be blocking you from experiencing life in highest bliss,
Experiencing joy and abundance.
It's really important to recognize our wounds from childhood,
To recognize where some of the behaviors come from and from this space we can open up to more healing,
To more pure unconditional love and to infinite bliss.
Wherever you are right now,
Just take some time to come back to your breath,
Calming down your body and calming down your mind through this beautiful and powerful tool of the breath.
Deep and slow breath in and full and slow breath out,
Inhaling with more awareness,
Exhaling with ease,
Inhaling with more love,
Exhaling with freedom.
Just notice how this breath feels for you today,
How does it feel in your body,
How does it feel in your heart space.
Allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper through your breath,
Relax your head,
Your face,
Relax your shoulders,
Your back,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Relax your hips and your glutes,
Relax both of your legs,
Make your body totally relaxed and surrender to the ground underneath you.
And now wherever you're sitting down or lying down,
Just slowly come back to the space of your heart.
Notice a warm and peaceful energy within your heart that is slowly expanding more and more with each breath you take.
And let this space of your heart be your gate,
Your gate to your childhood world,
To meet with your inner younger self and to just stay open to this experience.
Slowly and slowly find yourself in some beautiful nature space,
Maybe it's your favorite park from childhood,
Maybe it's a garden outside of your house,
Maybe it's a forest or a lake,
Wherever you really liked going as a child and wherever you could feel totally safe.
Find some space there to just be and observe,
To feel the magic,
Calming and peaceful atmosphere of nature,
Making you feel nourished and supported from all the directions.
And wherever you are in that space now,
Just stop for a moment,
You can sit down or keep standing up,
Just make some space to stand still and notice a light coming from behind.
Turn around and see this light becoming closer and closer and suddenly from this light there is a little child emerging.
It's you when you were younger.
Notice what age are you,
What age do you think that something maybe happened in your childhood that you need to heal or any bad memories,
Any heaviness coming from that space.
Open your arms to welcome this child in this beautiful nature space and let her or him just be there with you.
Stay embracing each other,
Feeling the energy of nourishment and safety.
Sit down and look them in the eyes and notice this innocence,
The pure love,
Pure opening to life,
To what comes,
Curiosity and just pure joy in their eyes,
The joy of being.
Whatever feels right for you to do right now or to say right now,
You can keep hugging them or looking them in the eye and just saying I love you,
I love you and I forgive you.
I am here for you,
I've been always here for you.
I'm sorry that I might have hurt you in the past.
I'm sorry I didn't respect you.
I'm sorry I didn't always choose the best option for us.
But I'm here now,
You don't have to be afraid.
I've always been here.
I am open to healing.
I am open to healing whatever has been done to us during those last many years.
I'm open to mental and emotional healing.
Thank you for being just as you are.
Thank you for being yourself and now for this next minute just stay with him or her in silence or maybe you can even whisper something to them if you feel like it and if not just notice what comes and what parts of you are open to healing.
Take a deep inhale,
Exhale and open the space even more.
Beautiful.
Keep staying in this lovely connection and know that anytime you need it you can come back to this space.
Your inner child is always here for you and you deserve to heal any mental or emotional or physical spaces that still need healing.
Slowly and slowly through the gate of your heart made of light come back to your physical space and just notice how are you feeling right now in your body and in your heart.
Know that you are always supported and always safe and can always feel safe within your own energy.

And if you slowly need to come out just take a few nice and gentle stretches.
