Wow, I was a little sceptical about doing this practice this morning however, once again your session was outstanding. This was perfect today as I had slipped on wet floor 2 days ago and some muscles were a little strained. This gentle joint rotation was perfect. This flow would be great for loosening up first thing in the morning or calming the mind just before bed. Another 5 🌟 from Viviane. She is by far my favourite teacher in IT. ❤️
