Testimonials

info

Both Rosanna and Sion had put together a great itinerary. Had a great mix of different types of yoga, which was brilliant for all abilities. The walks were amazing, and the meditation was wonderful. The days were organised well, and getting to the venue by bus/train was really easy. The food was well-cooked and fresh and packed lunches were organised when we were out walking. It was also possible to book a massage with a therapist brought in, Penny, who was brilliant too. Thankyou Rosanna and Sion – I didn’t want to come back home

I was nervous joining a retreat for the first time on my own, unsure of what to expect. But from the moment I arrived, Rosanna & Sion made us all feel at ease and provided a very nurturing and warm welcoming environment to rest, restore and focus on our wellbeing, which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend heartful retreats to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries or just slow down the pace of life for a short while to look inward. I’ve made some friends for life and come away with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity for my life’s path
