Details
Nestled in 30 acres of landscaped grounds in the heart of the Lake District, Rydal Hall provides the perfect backdrop for a late summer escape. This intimate retreat blends daily yoga, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra with scenic walks through some of England's most breathtaking landscapes — including Rydal Caves and the village of Grasmere. At the heart of the weekend is our signature Sleep Better workshop, offering practical mindfulness and Yoga Nidra tools to help you rest more deeply — skills you'll carry home long after the retreat ends. Sessions are gentle and accessible for all levels, from complete beginners to established practitioners. With only 12 places available, this is a truly personal experience. Guests leave feeling rested, restored, and reconnected — with many forming lasting friendships along the way.
