Jane is a registered counselling psychologist with over 10 years’ experience. She has a Masters Degree in Health Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. In her work with clients, she finds that mindfulness and meditation are wonderful tools for helping them reset, calm down, and live more soulful lives. Drawing from her experiences and insights gained through her practice, she has developed her own beautiful, relaxing meditations with practical techniques to help calm the nervous system. She strongly believes that to facilitate positive change, individuals need to slow down, breathe, and understand what works best for them individually. The message was the same as many other teachers. I am at a place now to take it in easier. Jane made it simple which is important for me because I can make fixing myself a big deal instead of keeping it simple and practicing the simple which is still a huge challenge. Thanks Jane

Simple and effective. Soothing voice. Even tho she says to find a quiet place, I was able to do this in the middle of a busy airport and find/ be at peace!
