Lektion 1
Knowing Your Intention
In this first ritual, we discuss creating an embodied intention. We all have hopes and dreams that we wish will come true. But, when we create a powerful intention we feel it deep inside. And we know this by listening to the sensations in our body. When we do this it’s like having a golden key into our unconscious mind, so we can rewire the limiting belief patterns in our nervous system.
Lektion 2
Imagining Your Future Self
An intention is not just a thought, but a thought and a feeling that inspires your vision and future goals. When we allow ourselves to think big and imagine what is possible - we are opening the door to our potential. In this second ritual, we will use our imagination to visualize our future self as if it were happening now. To create a mental rehearsal, and bring our future even closer to becoming a reality.
Lektion 3
Integrating Your Emotional Body
We all have emotions and sometimes when life doesn't work out the way we hoped, our emotions can get really loud. When we integrate our emotions, we become more present to the moment and to what we are feeling. We have an opportunity to accept ourselves and accept the truth of what is happening. In this third ritual, we will learn how to accept our emotional body and accept ourselves so we can be more resilient in our lives.
Lektion 4
Committing To Action
Once you craft a powerful intention, visualize your future self, and integrate your emotions, it's time to commit to action. In this fourth and last ritual, we will discuss why it's important to commit to action. The simple steps it takes to create momentum, and how to connect your heart to each step.
