This deep sleep meditation is designed to do one thing. Help you fall asleep. Are you lying down? Feeling comfortable? Good. Take a moment. Adjust your body, Your pillow, Anything that will enable you to be even more comfortable. This is your time to unplug, Unwind, And relax. You might find your eyes are becoming softer and heavier. Feel free to close your eyes and open into the world behind your eyes. Notice how you relax even deeper as you become aware of the rhythm of your breath. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Relax your eyes, Your forehead, Your cheeks. Your mouth. Soften and rest into this moment. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Follow your breath and breathe into the wholeness of your body. As you are held by your bed, And held by the gentle pull of gravity. Grounding you and relaxing you even deeper. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Gently scan your body for any stress or tension. And feel free to feel that stress as you open even more into this moment. You might find when you feel free to feel, You are even freer. Follow the flow of your breath. Allow any stress to dissolve like waves in an ocean. Inhale and exhale. Expand and release as you ebb and flow out to sea. Follow your breath to the center of your mind. Imagine a light shining even brighter with each breath. Like a beacon of light in the center of the sea. Shining brighter with each inhale and exhale. When your mind wanders, It's okay. Like the tide coming back to shore, Allow yourself to float back to your breath. Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Exhale and exhale. It's easy to get wrapped up in the story of the day to day. Replaying the past or planning for the future. Sometimes we lose track of what really matters in the moment. Observe your thoughts as you inhale and exhale. No judgment. Expand and release. No attachment as your thoughts ebb and flow like waves floating in the sea of your consciousness. Sometimes, Thinking before bed is helpful, Even productive. As we unwind from the day and imagine new ways of seeing the past and the future. But as we breathe into the moment, We become more aware and remember that thinking can sometimes get in the way of sleeping. Did you know that your unconscious mind runs 95% of your life and you do all of this without thinking? Your unconscious mind is your partner and key to success and it's made of unlimited possibility. You can turn down your thinking and turn up the light of possibility. With each inhale and exhale, Expand and release. Follow your breath into the center of your heart and notice your heart glowing with each inhale and exhale. As the light shines within, Feel the space within you grow as your heart expands with each breath. Notice your self floating in the center and your thoughts feeling lighter and lighter. And notice how good floating feels. We can't possibly know what tomorrow will bring, But we can imagine that whatever it brings will work out one way or another and possibly even better than we can imagine. Because tomorrow is a new day and new days bring new opportunities and new horizons. In fact life is a vast sea of possibility and your imagination is the sky. And into how good this feels. According to ancient wisdom, Whales are record keepers. They go deep within and store information. Count the whales, Talk to each one and give them what you need to be worked on or healed. As you sleep, You can share everything. Trust as they dive deep for the night and they will resurface with new wisdom tomorrow. Imagine how you want things to turn out. And listen to the peaceful song of the whales as they communicate with each other. Like the conscious mind talking to the unconscious. Communicating together. Feeling even lighter as you float above it all. Open and expand into the vast sea of unlimited possibility. More than the void of time.
