In these strange days of tremendous change,
Now more than ever it's so important to find inner peace,
To think clearly,
To connect with your intuition and go beyond fear to heal yourself and others.
Because it's easy to live in a state of confusion,
Panic,
And anxiety when fear takes hold of your nervous system.
But remember,
Fear is a liar and it cannot live where there is love.
So let us create more love together by generating our heart energy and creating heart centered action today and every day.
If you haven't already,
Close your eyes and open into the world behind your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
And resting into your body.
Breathing in,

Enjoying each inhale and each exhale.

Finding your natural easy rhythm.
Imagine breathing into the center of your mind and observe your breath like energy,

Aware of any feelings or anything that you are ready to let go of,
Beliefs that no longer serve you or your greater good.
In whatever your circumstances are at this time,
Invite compassion into your heart,
Compassion for others,
And compassion for yourself.
And take a moment to realize what and who you are grateful for.
Noticing how good gratitude feels.
And the shape that gratitude makes inside your body.
And even when we might feel powerless,
We are more powerful than we realize when we combine our heart and our mind,
Our thoughts and our feelings.
Because our heart's magnetic field is 5,
000 times more powerful than our brain.
Through our hearts,
We have the power to strengthen our inner resilience and recharge our vitality.
And expand our love to share even more of ourselves with the world.

Bring both hands up to your heart center and think of your intention for yourself and for the world.
And breathe this intention into your heart now.
Aware of the space within you.
And aware of the space all around you.
As you connect to yourself and connect to your world as one continuous space.
Take energy like light,
Feel your heart center tingle,

Aware of the shape this energy is making.
Infuse your intention with this color and continue to radiate this energy out.
Sending your energy field even more.
Sending all of the other hearts all around you and in the world connecting and empowering each other in this unified field of awareness.
Where anything is possible and love is stronger than fear.
When you are inside the power of your heart and take action with love.
