In this soul body meditation you will become more aware of your breath and its impact on the body and experience how the breath is a portal into the present moment.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
Spine straight,
And relax into your body.
Gently taking in the wholeness of the room and the sounds around you.
Tune into your breathing,
Enjoying each inhale and each exhale.
And gently close your eyes.
Relaxing deeper into your body,
Feel the waves of your lungs as you breathe,
And the energy of your breath moving through you.
Explore the wholeness of your being,
From the top of your head,
Grounding down to the bottom of your feet.
Follow your breath to the center of your mind,
And notice your body becoming even more relaxed as your inner awareness increases.
In this moment,
Notice what is true for you.
When your mind wanders,
It's okay,
It's what the mind does.
Observe your thoughts without judgment,
Just say,
Thinking,
And come back to your breath.
Notice the fullness of the space within you,
And the space around you,
And breathe.
Feel how your whole body is breathing with you.
Follow the natural flow of your breath into your heart's center,
And go deeper inside yourself.
Remember the quality of your heart in this moment.
Notice your emotions,
And observe how are you feeling.
What are you feeling?
Can you name it?
Sometimes feelings or beliefs get stored in our bodies,
Like old programs that no longer serve us,
Or who we want to be.
Scan your body,
Observe any area that feels stuck.
Where are you holding energy?
Bring your awareness to this area,
And breathe.
Feel the fullness of your feelings,
And breathe into it.
Breathe through it.
Breathe around it.
And let go.
Notice how good letting go feels.
Let go even more.
Breathe into your heart,
And notice the quality of love,
And the timelessness of this moment.
Expand into this moment,
Beyond your body,
Into the quality of your soul.
Expand into what is possible,
And invite your whole body to expand with you.
Observe yourself,
Feeling lighter,
Feeling freer.
As you breathe into the space in between your body.
And you feel your skin tingle.
As you consciously move through space.
You are the awareness within you.
And the awareness all around you.
Becoming one,
Continuous space.
This is your soul.
Notice your soul shining from the center of your heart.
Open into love,
And touch the quantum field of pure possibility.

And smile as you explore what is possible.
