Upon completion of this course, you can expect to understand some of the hidden determinants of human behavior. We examine a simple model of the different levels of consciousness through the lens of habitual actions and emotional energetic states. I use playful analogies, stories, and examples so that these concepts are easy to understand and observe in yourself and in others.

The most important question a human being can answer, according to Einstein, is "Do I live in a friendly or hostile universe?" There is no right or wrong answer, but however we choose to answer this question will determine the lens through which we view or experience the world.

The "To Me" Level Of Consciousness

At this level of consciousness, My belief is that everything is happening to me. It is the mantra of the vicim. Victim mode, if you will. Life is unfair.

The "By Me" Level Of Consciousness

At this level of consciousness, My belief is that if anything is going to happen, then it's going to happen by me. It is the mantra of the achiever. Achiever mode, if you will. At this level, I embody emotions that empower me to take action, to get out there and make things happen.

Lektion 4

The "Through Me" Level Of Consciousness

At this level of consciousness, we experience everything as happening through us. People at this level of consciousness set intentions, and they live in the flow of life.

Lektion 5

The "As Me" Level Of Consciousness + Conclusion

At this level of consciousness, I experience everything As myself. There is no separation, only oneness. This level is characterized by unity and interconnectedness with all things.
