Coherent Self Hypnosis is a guided visualization that walks you through the vision of your life. It allows you to implant into your subconscious, in a state of heart-mind coherence, the life you wish to live, the person whom you wish to be. There are two singing bowls rhythmically chiming in the background. the listener is encouraged to synchronize the in-breath to one of these tones and the out-breath to the other to get into coherence and increase heart rate variability (HRV)

Find a position where you're comfortable and can remain still.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the nose.

Synchronize your in-breath with one of the tones.

And synchronize your out-breath with the other tone.

Find a nice rhythm.

Smoothly transition from your in-breath to your out-breath and back.

Feel your belly rising as you breathe in.

Feel your belly falling as you breathe out.

Keep your breathing smooth,

Slow,

And rhythmic.

Now bring your awareness to your heart or the center of your chest.

And as you breathe in,

Feel and imagine the air slowly swirling into your heart space.

And as you breathe out,

Feel and imagine the air gently swirling out from your heart space.

Keep your breathing synchronized and feel your heart beating as the air slowly moves into it.

And as the air slowly leaves it.

And over the next few breaths,

See yourself through your own eyes being the way you wish to be,

Living the way you wish to live.

See yourself on a path that leads up to your dream home.

Look around your dream home.

Notice what surrounds it.

Look up at the sky.

Notice the shapes and the sizes of the clouds.

See the sun as it shines down upon you,

Warming your skin,

Brightening up your day.

Look down at your feet.

Notice that they are bare.

And feel the texture of the earth beneath the soles of your feet.

Follow the path with your eyes and slowly start to walk toward this dream home of yours.

With every step that you take,

Feel a sense of gratitude that this home belongs to you.

Feel a sense of safety,

Of security.

And as you arrive at this doorstep,

Look at your hand as you turn the doorknob and enter.

With that first step into your home,

Look down at the floor and notice whether it's wood or carpet or tile or stone.

Feel the coolness or the warmth,

The texture beneath the soles of your feet.

And as you walk around this dream home,

Look around at the fixtures,

The fittings on the walls.

Look up at the ceiling.

Notice the height of the ceiling and the space within this home of yours.

Look at some of the furniture and pay attention to the colors,

Textures.

Run your hand across some of the surfaces.

Notice the smoothness or the roughness.

Find your favorite chair and take a seat.

Feel your body fully supported beneath this chair and notice the view.

What is it that you see?

As you walk to a window,

What is the view from your home?

Look out into the distance.

How does this make you feel?

Focus on your heart.

Breathe into it.

Breathe out from it.

Keep your breathing rhythm synchronized to the two tones.

Now walk to the kitchen.

Run your hand across some of the countertops.

Notice your favorite appliances.

Pick up a glass and pour yourself some water.

Take a nice sip and notice the coolness of the water in your mouth and as it travels down your throat.

What does your kitchen smell like?

What is the view from your kitchen?

And how does it feel to be here in the heart of your home?

Open the refrigerator and see some of your favorite items.

Pick something up,

Take a little bite and pay attention to the taste and the texture.

Focus on your heart.

Feel the air moving into your heart space as you breathe in.

Feel the air leaving your heart space as you breathe out.

Now walk to the bedroom.

Notice the bed,

The wardrobe and notice how spacious and brightly lit your bedroom is.

Notice the view from the bedroom.

Walk to the wardrobe,

Open it up and look at all of your clothes hanging or neatly folded.

Run your hand through some of your clothes,

Paying attention to the textures,

The softness and smoothness and pick out one of your favorite items of clothing.

Put it on and then walk to the bed and lay down.

Feel the softness,

The smoothness of the sheets and the pillows beneath you.

How does it feel to be in your bedroom?

Focus on your heart,

Breathe into it and breathe out from it.

Now walk to a full length mirror and look deep into your eyes.

Notice the size of your pupils.

Give yourself a really big smile and notice the little wrinkles around your eyes that come only from a genuine smile.

Look at the skin on your face.

Notice how it glows,

How radiant it looks.

Notice how healthy and youthful you look.

Look your body up and down.

Notice how strong,

Healthy and vibrant you look.

Feel a sense of appreciation for all that you have done to get to this place of such perfect health and vitality.

Run your hand across your cheek and through your hair.

Notice how supple your skin is and how thick your hair is.

Focus on your heart,

Feel it expanding as you breathe into it and feel it contracting as you breathe out.

Now you hear your partner entering the bedroom and you lock eyes with each other and you meet your partner in a warm embrace.

How does it feel to hold your partner,

To have your bodies pressed up against each other,

To have your hearts beat as one?

How does it feel to be loved unconditionally by another human being?

You feel your partner's hair brush against your cheek.

You feel the heat of your partner's breath in your ear as your partner whispers something loving.

How does it feel to have someone who trusts you completely and who accepts you for who you are?

Feel a sense of appreciation for all the quality time that you spend together,

All the activities that you share.

Feel a sense of appreciation for the passion that you have in your life.

From another room,

You hear friends and family softly talking and from yet another room,

You hear children giggling.

How does it feel to be surrounded by people whom you love and who love you?

Focus on your heart,

Keep your breathing nice and rhythmic,

Feel the air moving in and out from your heart space.

Now see yourself in the place where you work,

Where you serve your community.

See yourself doing what you love the most and touching the lives of so many others.

Look at the faces of some of the people whom you have served.

Remember some of the things that they have said in appreciation for what you do.

Look around this space where you create,

Where you do what you love.

Notice the view,

Notice some of the furniture,

Your workspace.

How does it feel to serve,

To create from such an inspiring space?

For a quick moment,

Pull out your cell phone,

Unlock it,

Open your online banking app,

Log in and notice your name and your bank balance.

Touch an abundant sum of money which you fully deserve for doing what you love,

For serving so many and touching their lives in ways that you will never fully know.

How does it feel to have financial freedom,

To have the time to truly enjoy your life,

To spend with people whom you love doing things that excite you?

How do you spend your mornings now that you are financially free and have so much time available to you?

With whom do you spend your evenings?

See yourself truly enjoying this abundance of money and time.

Feel a sense of gratitude because you already have all of this.

Feel a sense of gratitude for having created this life for yourself.

Feel a sense of gratitude because you can experience this anytime you wish.

Focus on your heart.

Feel it expanding as you breathe into it.

Feel it contracting as you breathe out.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to this space and slowly allow your eyes to open.

Feel it COMING.
