With this practice, we aim to raise our Heart-Rate Variability by maintaining a coherent breathing pattern, we breathe in for 5 seconds and then out for 5 seconds. We maintain a breathing rhythm where the duration of our inhalation is equal to that of our exhalation. We bring our focus to our heart and bask in gratitude and appreciation.
