Heart Lock-In

Heart Lock-in is a guided visualization that invites you to embody a white light full of love before you radiate it outward into the space the surriounds your before and then transmit it from your heart to another's. There are two singing bowls rhythmically chiming in the background. the listener is encouraged to synchronize the in-breath to one of these tones and the out-breath to the other to get into a state of coherence and ramp up heart-rate variability (HRV).

Was kinda of a lot going on but a good practice of focusing back to your heart.

That was amazing! What a wonderful concept that is to synchronize the breath with a gong and a chime. It is so much easier and smoother than focusing on counting.
