This course will help teenagers and their parents or guardians with proven tips that will help them recover from burnout. It is full of research-based strategies that can boost the mental health of teenagers and young adults. The teenage phase of life is full of energy and fun. It is the beginning of exposure to social activities and life-transforming experiences. However, it is also full of potentially stressful situations such as peer pressure, online and offline bullying, and body appraisal. Thus, teenagers and their guardians need all the help they can get to leverage healthy techniques for burnout recovery. This course was created to help with this particular challenge. Teenagers need help to deal with burnout. Sadly, the emphasis on this discussion is not as abundant as it should have been. I was privileged to have people around me that helped me as a teenager and I am concerned that many people in this age category are not as lucky. Thus, I have put this material together to offer a helping hand to young people who are tempted to use damaging approaches such as drug abuse to relieve stress.
