In this session we begin a deep connection to the body, bringing our awareness into our heart/belly space, breathing and connecting, cleansing, and healing deeply. The Legacy Of Childhood

The Unknown Within
In this session we begin with a present state awareness mindfulness practice. We end with a contemplation of the question “What is underneath your jealously?” Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.

Dreamscape Discovery
In this session we begin with an energetic body scan, focusing on different points and witnessing what arises energetically, spiritually, mentally, and physically. We end with a contemplation of the question “Do you actually want your dream life, and is it actually possible?” Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.
Lektion 7
The Internal Judge
In this session we begin with the engagement of the parasympathetic nervous system through calming of the body through breathwork (box/square breathing) leading to calm. We end with a contemplation of the sentence “I am”. Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.

Relationship Reflections
In this session we begin with the practice of Metta meditation (loving kindness), offering the words “May you be free of ill will, free of suffering, full of loving kindness, may you be happy”. Lost & Found
In this session we begin with a progressive muscle relaxation meditation (gently tensing and lovingly releasing the muscles in the body) We end with a contemplation of the question “What if you let go of your past?” Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.

Limiting Labels
In this session we begin with the practice of “inbox zero” the act of simply listening to whatever arises without judgement or filter. We end with a contemplation of the question “Can you let go of your labels?" Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.

Navigating Uncertainty
In this session we begin with a guided mindfulness practice designed to help focus and calm the mind. We end with a contemplation of the question “What if you stopped trying to control your future?” Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.
Lektion 12
The Hero's Journey
In this session we begin with simple mindfulness scan of the mental space (thoughts, moods, memories) mindfulness practice, with the breath as an anchor. We end with a contemplation of the question “What do you need to sacrifice to get what you truly want?” Remember to share your thoughts and ask any questions in the classroom.
