Welcome to another episode of Silent Superheroes,

Where we use the power of calm,

Slow breathing to give us real world superpowers.

Today we're going to be looking at how to use breathing to put us to sleep.

When our mind and our body is restless,

How we can get ourselves to lay down,

Relax,

And fall asleep.

So,

Take a big,

Slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And I want you to lay down in bed.

Get yourself nice and comfortable.

Put your covers over you.

Make sure the pillow's nice and in the right spot.

Get your hands all comfortable.

Get your face comfortable.

Relax all your muscles.

Take a big,

Slow breath.

Are you ready?

And I just want you to keep breathing,

Nice and slowly,

As you're listening to my voice.

When you breathe in,

Imagine a beautiful golden light of calm,

Sleep energy is entering your body.

And when you're breathing out,

I want you to imagine that all of your tension,

All of your worries,

All of your thoughts are leaving you.

You can close your eyes if you like to.

You can move around a little bit if you want to get comfortable.

And you can keep taking nice,

Slow,

Deep,

And calm breaths.

With every in-breath,

You're imagining a nice,

Radiant,

Beautiful golden light entering you,

And healing you,

And calming you down,

And relaxing you.

And every time you breathe out,

You're imagining all of the tension,

And the worries,

And even the thoughts to leave.

So all that you're left with is the breath.

You can feel your muscles relaxing.

Your feet are relaxed.

And now your legs are relaxed.

And now your belly is relaxed.

And now your belly is relaxed.

And now your back is relaxed.

And now your back is relaxed.

And now your chest is relaxed.

And now your arms are relaxed.

And now your fingers and your hands are relaxed.

And now your face and your head is relaxed.

And now your face and your head is relaxed.

And now your hands are relaxed.

And now your hands are relaxed.

And now your hands are relaxed.

If you find your mind wandering,

Just return back to the sound of my breathing here.
