Zachary Phillips is a counselor, coach, author, and meditation instructor. He helps entrepreneurs, spiritualists, and survivors identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve. With compassion and insight he supports them as they navigate dark nights of the soul and find peace, guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose. He believes that at the heart of true and lasting transformation lies a delicate balance between radical self-acceptance and the drive for growth. By honouring ourselves as we are, we make space for who we can become. The core of what Zachary offers is ‘Intuitive Guidance’ - a collaborative process of introspection where he helps people identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serving them. This is a trauma informed eclectic practice that draws from a collection of evidenced based counseling therapies, spiritual traditions, and coaching techniques. Zachary is also a qualified teacher, poet, Reiki master, and is currently studying a Master of Counselling.

Although my littles are no longer little, it’s always important to have these tools in our toolbox! This is an incredibly supportive and effective guide for children. I might add also, for our own inner child.

Super informative and I have been dabbling in and out of practice building to lucidity, its something I've been so interested in and only once in the last year have had that 'oh I know im dreaming' but woke up straight away. This truly helps learn more tools to guide and remain in the state of lucidity as and when it should happen. I am eager to keep practicing as my dream journal over the last year is consistent and I have multiple dreams most nights and even now I can remember all when I wake in the morning from recall when I wake up at times in the night but dont write them down until I wake up properly in the morning. I have vivid dreams and can see patterns but as soon as I focus on the pattern to tell myself that when x happens I will know im dreaming my dreams seem to shift and take the pattern away completely as though its a game its playing with my subconscious. It's all learning and I want to lucid dream as have heard and read so many talking about profound awakening and higher spiritual connection with their own purpose and knowing themselves at the core and that would be incredible as well as asking the life questions that are rooted deep inside us, but unobtainable in the conscious daily awakened state. I've enjoyed this course and shall implement each tip and guidance to see where it can take me and I know my first lucid dream if stability and exploring is so close and it will be a joy for growing on this each night. 🙏🏻🤍

Thank you Zachery so much for this presentation. I have been exploring the various presentations and meditations on Insight Timer with the Mindfulness Meditation sticking out in my head for some reason but I didn’t understand its purpose. I’ve also been struggling with Al-Anon use of the Serenity Prayer and not being able to grasp what were the things I couldn’t change. I come from a highly controlling and enmeshed family with whom I’ve lived as a caretaker and receiver all my life and currently. I volunteered to be with my Mom as she ages to prevent her from being put in a nursing home but it creates lots of clashes because she wants to control my every move and thought. She is further frustrated by the fact that my behavior is Extreme different from hers as her background is from a different country and era, and I have ADHD and a very different perspective on life. My struggle of acceptance is mostly familial. But I’m so grateful for this presentation because I can now take this tool to understand how to use Mindedness meditation and the serenity prayer to find the different aspects of my life and accept them thus releasing all the energy of trying to change something that won’t change and move productively to something that’s been ignored that can change which is also me and my attitude. Now I know what to work on for Lent. :-) Thank you again. Blessings to you and all on this journey. Warmly, Anne
