Zachary Phillips is a coach, counselor, author, and meditation instructor. He helps entrepreneurs, spiritualists, and survivors identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve. With compassion and insight he supports them as they navigate dark nights of the soul and find peace, guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose. He believes that at the heart of true and lasting transformation lies a delicate balance between radical self-acceptance and the drive for growth. By honouring ourselves as we are, we make space for who we can become. The core of what Zachary offers is ‘Intuitive Guidance’ - a collaborative process of introspection where he helps people identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serving them. This is a trauma informed eclectic practice that draws from a collection of evidenced based counseling therapies, spiritual traditions, and coaching techniques. Zachary is also a qualified teacher, poet, Reiki master, and is currently studying a Master of Counselling.

The breath work was really helpful and very relaxing. I really liked that the session focused just on what we needed to do for the breath work. I like the fact that there wasn't a lot of talking otherwise because I can save this and use it over again.
