Our friends, our family, our job, our house, our car, our social status, our hobbies, our financial situation, our bank accounts, this is the stuff of our life. The stuff we've created in our life that makes up the circumstances of our life. All of this is the Content of our life. The way we look at these things is the Context.

The Chessboard Of Life

On the Chessboard of life, there are the light squares and the dark squares. We cannot get from one end of the board to the other without stepping on both.

Gratitude + Conclusion

Emotions are gravitational they can pull us down or up. They're designed as feelings to be able to guide us through life. Being grateful is not an emotional state it's a vibrational state of harmony. It has has a completely different signature to emotions.
