Lektion 1
From Sound To Silence
We begin our first meditation by recognizing that all sound arises and returns to silence, and that silence is a doorway into recognizing our true nature. By bringing mindful awareness to each sound you experience, you will start to settle into a deep connection with the play of sound and silence.
Lektion 2
Stillness & Movement
Just as sound comes out of silence and moves back into silence, movement comes out of stillness, and returns to stillness. In this meditation, we will focus on this dynamic, and step into that core of stillness where peace resides.
Lektion 3
Awareness & Thought
In this lesson we begin by recognizing that all thoughts arise in awareness, and that when we move our attention from the thoughts to the awareness they exist in, we can step away from our ruminating minds, and tap into a new level of calmness. In this space, we awaken to our true nature.
Lektion 4
Space & Matter
In this lesson we will be focusing on the relationship between matter and the space that matter exists in. For anything physical to exist, it needs a space to exist in. Most of our attention in life goes toward the objects we experience. In this meditation, we will draw our attention to space, and the calmness and peace that space brings us.
Lektion 5
Calmness & Feelings
In this lesson we recognize that feelings are a form of movement and energy. In meditation we will focus on allowing our feelings to arise and dissipate back into stillness. Just like thoughts, sound, and matter, feelings form and dissipate - again and again. Sitting in stillness, we give our feelings space to be as they are, and recognize the calmness behind them.
Lektion 6
Witnessing Consciousness
In this lesson we step back into experiencing awareness itself without needing to focus on any particular content of that awareness. As we draw our awareness out of the world of forms, we have the opportunity to find a part of us that exists beyond the content of life.
Lektion 7
Silence: Your True Nature
In our final lesson, we will finish the course by sitting in pure stillness and silence, without needing to do anything. Giving yourself the gift of silence and recognizing it as a doorway to your true nature will be your graduation from this course, and the beginning of a new phase of life where you honor silence as an invaluable part of your being.
