Lição 1
The Science Of Creating Your Reality
Understand how your view of reality shapes what’s possible in your life. Your thoughts aren’t separate from what you experience—they actively influence and help create the results you continue to see.
Lição 2
Rising Above Your Environment
Last session showed how your thoughts shape your reality. Today, we explore how your environment conditions your thinking—and how to rise above it. Repeating the same patterns keeps creating the same results.
Lição 3
Taking Control Of Your Body
Last session showed how your environment shapes your thinking. Today, we explore how repeated thoughts create emotional patterns in the body—and how those patterns begin to drive your mind. Today’s objective is to understand how your body becomes conditioned by your thoughts and emotions.
Lição 4
Transcending Time
Last session showed how your body can condition your thinking. Today, we explore how living in the past or future keeps you stuck in familiar patterns—and how returning to the present is where real change becomes possible.
Lição 5
From Surviving To Thriving
In the last session, we explored how the body can become the mind by memorizing emotional states, how we get pulled into the past or a predictable future, and why the present moment is where change becomes possible.
Today, we take that a step further.
We begin to understand the difference between living in survival… and living in creation.
Most people spend their lives in a constant state of stress—focused on the body, the environment, and time. In that state, thinking becomes reactive, and change becomes difficult.
But real change happens when you step beyond that pattern—
when you shift out of stress-driven living and into a more intentional, creative state of mind.
Lição 6
Thinking, Doing, Being
In the last session, we explored how living in survival mode keeps you locked in stress—and how shifting your attention toward creation allows you to move beyond the past and begin becoming someone new.
Today, we take that understanding further.
We begin to look at how change actually happens in the brain.
How what you think, what you do, and how you repeatedly show up… start to work together to form a new version of you.
Because real change isn’t a single moment—it’s a process.
It begins with thinking—learning something new.
It deepens through doing—applying that knowledge through experience.
And it becomes lasting through being—when it turns into a natural, automatic way of operating.
Over time, with repetition and focused attention, your brain begins to rewire itself—making that new way of thinking and being feel familiar.
Lição 7
Closing The Gap
In the last session, we explored how the brain changes through thinking, doing, and being—and how repeated thoughts and emotions eventually become automatic patterns.
Today, we turn toward something more subtle.
The gap between how you appear… and who you actually are.
For many people, there’s a difference between the identity they present outwardly and the way they truly feel internally.
And that gap is often maintained by familiar emotional patterns—reactions that have been practiced so many times, they begin to define how you show up.
Because when your emotional state depends on what’s happening around you,
you begin shaping your identity from the outside in—
rather than from within.
Lição 8
Modelling A New Self
In the last session, we explored the gap between who you truly are and how you appear—and how relying on the external world can create emotional dependence.
Today, we begin to work with that gap.
Using meditation as a way to observe, interrupt, and gradually reprogram your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Because real change begins the moment you stop identifying with every thought and feeling…
and start becoming aware of them instead.
From that place, you gain the ability to choose—
to replace old patterns with new ones, through focused attention and consistent practice.
Lição 9
Shedding the Habit of Yourself
In the last session, we explored how meditation gives you the space to step back—
to observe your thoughts, interrupt familiar patterns, and begin shaping a new version of yourself.
Today, we go deeper.
Into what has been running beneath the surface.
Your unconscious patterns.
The ones that quietly influence how you think, feel, and respond—without you even realizing it.
This step requires honesty.
The willingness to see clearly…
to acknowledge what’s been automatic…
and to take full ownership of the patterns you’ve been living by.
Not with judgment—
but with awareness.
Because real change doesn’t begin with effort.
It begins with recognition.
And then… with surrender.
Letting go of the need to control every outcome,
and allowing space for something new to emerge.
Lição 10
Becoming The Improved You
In the last session, we explored how to bring unconscious patterns into awareness—
to recognize them honestly, take ownership of them, and begin letting go of the old version of yourself.
Today, we move from awareness into action.
Learning how to catch those patterns in real time…
interrupt them as they arise…
and begin intentionally creating a new way of thinking, feeling, and being.
This is where change starts to become real.
Not by thinking differently once—
but by practicing it consistently.
Each time you interrupt the familiar and choose something new,
you begin training your mind and body to align with your future self.
Over time, through repetition and focused attention,
that new identity stops feeling like effort—
and starts becoming who you are.
