Tips To Balance The First Three Koshas
In this session 2 of the course, you'll learn tips on how to balance anamaya kosha, pranamaya kosha, and manomaya kosha using practical practices, mindfulness, and your breath. This will help you to further understand yourself, and live in a more balanced state, prepared to access your higher layers.

Accessing Wisdom and Bliss
In this 3rd and final session of the course, you'll learn and practice meditation techniques to help you cultivate intuition, instinct, and deep feelings of joy. You'll learn to recognize these and differentiate them from simple enjoyment of circumstances and overthinking.
