O que você irá aprender
Throughout this course, you’ll learn about nutrition and intuitive eating, seen through the eyes of mindfulness. For the first session, you’ll want to have a small meal or snack with you, as we will begin by exploring mindful eating. Then, in the following sessions, you’ll need pen and paper to take some notes and draw up some tracking tables which will help you understand your own food habits better. This is an interactive course, and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. So I invite you to approach the course with curiosity and an open mind, as you start to connect with your body, and listen to it’s intuitive wisdom.

Lição 1
Mindful Eating
When it comes to eating, there are so many factors that can either support you or hold you back from nourishing your body in the best way possible. Usually, it even varies from person to person. But if you are ready to listen to your own body, you might just find some untapped wisdom in there, which can guide you in the right direction for your future food choices. It all begins with Mindful Eating. Please note: for today's session, you will need a small snack or meal to enjoy, mindfully!
Lição 2
Intuitive Food Choices
With practice, mindful eating can expand into intuitive eating. This is the idea of being in tune with your body so that you know what your body wants and when. Intuitive eating goes against strict rules of diet culture and instead puts trust back into the wisdom of our own bodies.
Lição 3
Exploring SLOW Food Choices
SLOW stands for: Seasonal, Local, Organic, Wholefoods. By following the SLOW food principles, it allows us to eat in tune with nature, to support our local community, and to nourish our bodies with the right kinds of food!
Lição 4
Keeping Track
Today is a more practical exercise and you’ll need a pen and paper. We are going to look at how the food you eat makes you feel. It’s important to look at this, because it can give you big clues as to what your body feels comfortable with, and what may be causing discomfort. To do, this, we will be exploring what you eat, the time you eat, and how your energy levels are after your meals.
Lição 5
Motivation To Keep Nourishing
Today, we are going to look at motivation to stay on track. On days that we feel good, it can be easy to make healthy choices in relation to food. But on days that are filled with stress, limited time, sickness or injury, it can be hard to maintain healthy standards. That’s why, preparation is key! Today we will explore ways to stay on track with your health goals beyond this course.
